It is the 25th Sunday after Pentecost and we are reading from Matthew 25:14-30. The parable of the talents is not just about money or skills and abilities, but a way of understanding how we accomplish this journey of faith with others who are seeking help for the journey, too. When we help others, we multiply the gift we have received to the glory of God.
