It is Palm and Passion Sunday. We read from Matthew 21:1-11 and 26:14 - 27:66 the stories of Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem and of his suffering and passion as he is crucified outside the city walls. He is then buried in a borrowed tomb which is sealed by the chief priests against theft.
